How does Team pricing work?
Team plans start at £38/month for 2 people (£29 + £9 for the second seat). Each additional seat is £9/month. Teams of 10 or more are charged a flat £110/month regardless of headcount.
Can I start Solo and switch to Team later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Solo to Team at any time from your billing settings. Your existing data, booking history, and settings all carry over.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise is for businesses with multiple locations or large teams (10+ staff). It includes all Team features plus multi-location management, per-location booking pages, and a dedicated onboarding call. £150/month flat.

Yes. To protect our infrastructure and ensure only legitimate service businesses are using Nextro booking links, we verify identity via a valid card upfront. You will not be charged anything during your 14-day free trial and can cancel instantly with a single click.
What does the secure checkout fee actually look like?
Here's a real example: you charge £50 for an appointment. Your client pays £51.73. You receive exactly £50. The secure checkout fee covers card processing and platform costs — your listed price is always what you receive.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No minimum contract, no cancellation fee. Go to Settings → Manage billing to cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do clients need an account to book?
No. Clients book through your Nextro link without creating an account. They enter their name, email, and phone number — the whole booking takes under a minute.
How long does setup take for a salon?
Most salons are fully live in under 15 minutes. Create your account, add your services, set your availability once, and share your booking link. Nextro keeps your booking page populated automatically from there.
