Once confirmed, we import your services, pricing and where possible your client list. You review everything before your booking page goes live.

Export clients and appointments from the Square Dashboard. Your Square booking link can be used to import your service menu.
Treatwell
Treatwell does not offer CSV exports. Share your Treatwell profile link and we will help you recreate your services and pricing in Nextro.
Acuity Scheduling
Acuity does not have a client CSV export for free accounts. Share your booking link and we will help configure your appointment types.
Vagaro
You can export a client list from Vagaro's reports. We review the CSV and confirm what can be imported before anything changes in your account.
Timely
Timely supports data exports from the Reports section. Your Timely booking link can be read to pre-fill your service list.
GlossGenius
GlossGenius allows client data export from Settings. We review your CSV manually and confirm what will be imported before we proceed.
Calendly
Calendly supports CSV export of scheduled events. Because Calendly is a general scheduling tool your service pricing will need to be added manually.
SimplyBook.me
SimplyBook.me allows exports from the Reports section. We review your data and recreate your services and pricing in Nextro.
"CSV export" means your platform lets you download client or appointment data as a spreadsheet file. "Link import" means we can read your public booking profile to pre-fill services.

Will my existing bookings be affected?
No. Your current platform continues to run as normal during and after the switch. We only add data to your Nextro account — nothing is changed or deleted on your old platform.
Do you import data automatically?
No. Every migration is reviewed manually. We confirm with you by email exactly what will be imported before anything changes in your account.
What if my platform does not support CSV exports?
We can still help. Share your old booking link and any notes about your services and client base. We will help you recreate your setup in Nextro manually.
How long does it take?
We review every request within 48–72 hours. Complex migrations with large client lists may take a little longer — we will let you know by email.
What happens to my old booking link?
It stays active on your old platform. We recommend keeping it live until you are ready to redirect customers to your Nextro booking page.
Is there a cost for migration assistance?
No. Data transfer assistance is included with every Nextro account at no extra charge.
